SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM POLICIES
Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe, Alstarz will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle (15th of the month). Alstarz will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the Monthly Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below in the Section “Cancellation Policy”.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by completing the cancellation form. Cancellation form must be completed and submitted PRIOR to the 15th of the month not to be charged for the following month’s subscription box. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.

No Returns: You may not return any Alstarz Gear you receive. If you have concerns about your gear, please send us an email at alstarzacademy@gmail.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.

I understand this is a monthly subscription and will be charged $39.99 + tax every month of the 15th of the month through the card on file. This is the same card my tuition is charged on. If at any time I want to change this card or pay differently, I would need to do it prior to the 15th. I may cancel any time prior to the 15th of the month. I understand if my child's sizes change at any time, I should notify Alstarz Academy. I cannot be refunded for items that do not fit due to a change in sizing.
