The Recreational Cheerleading Coach is responsible for teaching and coaching athletes at ACA in various recreational cheerleading programs, including tumbling, cheering, stunting, stretch/conditioning, and game-day cheer classes. This role involves instructing athletes, fostering skill development, ensuring safety, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment for participants.

ALL STAR COACH

The Cheer Team Coach is responsible for coaching and leading cheer teams within the ACA program. This role involves developing athletes’ skills, coordinating team routines and performances, fostering team spirit and sportsmanship, and ensuring a positive and successful team experience.

EAGLES COACH

Eagles cheerleading coaches will work recreational tumbling classes and be knowledgeable of stunts and game day style cheer. Those who love working with children and share a passion for cheerleading with our community are encouraged to apply for this position. The Eagles team partners with Nicholls State University and cheers at community events all year long. Must be available some weekends and afternoons.

SCHOOL COACH

The school cheer team coach is responsible for coaching and leading cheer teams within the ACA program & LPSD. This role involves developing athletes’ skills, coordinating team routines and performances for school events, fostering team spirit and sportsmanship, and ensuring a positive and successful team experience. This school cheer coach is responsible for attending school events such as football games, basketball games, school pep rally’s, and more.

OFFICE POSITIONS

The administrative assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at ACA . This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The administrative assistant will be responsible for various administrative and clerical duties to facilitate the effective functioning of ACA. This is a full time position from 32-40 hours a week.

Concession Sales, Cleaning, and Office Support

The Office Assistant plays a multifaceted role at ACA, providing support in various areas, including concession sales, cleaning, and general office assistance. This position requires versatility, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a part-time position with 15-25 hours a week.

The All-Star Cheer Program Director is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the competitive cheer teams at ACA. This role involves overseeing team operations, coordinating practices and competitions, fostering team unity and skill development, and ensuring a positive and successful team experience for athletes and their families.

The Pro Shop (Apparel and Merchandise) Director is responsible for designing and creating apparel items and accessories featuring logos to promote the ACA brand and enhance its visibility. This role involves managing the sales and promotion of apparel, running specials and sales campaigns, and handling the ordering and selling of accessories.

The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist plays a key role in promoting events, activities, and the overall brand of ACA. This position involves designing compelling flyers, promoting events on social media platforms, managing social media marketing campaigns, and implementing strategies to enhance the gym’s brand awareness.
