Welcome to our clinic, where aspiring tumblers practicing level 1 or 2 skills can refine and perfect their techniques. Level 1 instruction covers rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs (standing and running), backbends, limbers (front and back), walkovers (front and back), and Valdez. For those advancing to level 2, our expert coaches guide you through handspring variations (front or back), bounders, fly springs, and round-off back handspring series.
