This is for those who love individual attention, but it’s tough to sometimes give 100% for 30 consecutive minutes. You will now have a partner that will help subconsciously motivate you to reach your goals. Have a partner that will give you a chance to breathe & to process exactly what the coach just explained to you. Whether you choose a time slot & allow us to pair you with a partner or if you choose your own partner, Semi Privates are the way to go! We will ensure that levels are equivalent. 2-person max capacity.

At least 4 members required. You will be coached on the fundamentals and/or the perfection of each position. Stunt Progression and transitions will be taught in this group.
