This flight class teaches proper stretching techniques to increase athlete’s flexibility and range of motion. Flyers will master skills on the floor, stunt stands, then will be introduced to doing skills in the air.
Increased flexibility will allow your athlete to achieve greater success in not only flying but in their jumps & tumbling as well. These athletes will perform stunts in the air by all-girl/coed style stunting. This class is for flyers, bases, and back spots, and one-man stunts.
